I've lurked and lurked and every time my symptoms come back I lurk some more. Bit on July 4th 2010, got a clinical diagnosis in NOvember 2011. 4 months of antibiotics and 40 pills a day of supplements got me feeling pretty good. Good enough to work again. Just when I think I've beat this thing....the burning in knees, hands and feet come back. It is weird. Every 4 weeks the bite reappears and then I get symptomatic for 4 to 5 days. Is there anything I can do to stop it in its track when I am symptomatic. Ive done doxy, azith and flagyl to get to this point. Trying to avoid more ABX. I weaned myself from everything but pure pack of vitamins and Argentyn Silver twice a day. I guess I need something else but not sure what. Your wise words are so much appreciated!! -------------------- MustHaveFaith

Yes, get back on antibiotics... find an LLMD who will treat you for at least two months PAST the disappearance of all symptoms. You also need to be checked for coinfections which may be holding you back. But clearly, you are still ill. moving to Medical questions -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!
