The online fund is up close to $7,000 and I hope people have also mailed in checks, because we're a long way from $40,000 and the deadline is Thursday. Thanks to all who have given so far.

Question being asked on another thread if credit cards can be used. Can someone get an answer for this?

Poppy,
I tried to donate using this system in the process of checking it out (testing it) before sending it out. It says you can use a credit card or pay pal, although I personally didn't donate that way.
My heart breaks that Dr. J is even in this position! Makes me sick that the Connecticut Department of Health and the UGLY ducks that stink to high heaven, are jealous and more stupid than a block of ice can feel good inside and gloat while attacking and beating down such a dear, dear man.
UGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!
Thanks to all who can help Dr. Jones keep his doors open for the children! Bless you all!

That link that Phyllis Mervine posted only lets you donate via paypal, not a credit card.
Donating via a credit card would be so much easier. So if anyone knows how to do so, please post.

Any news on the amount he has received? Deadline is closing in. I sent a check in a short letter of support and gave the info to 3 other families. They've all sent checks, too.
Tincup, you expressed my sentiments, too. How can anyone be so cruel to such a wonderful doctor and to the sick children who need his concern and expertise!!
I went with my daughter and grandson for his first two appts. What a priviledge to be in this man's presence and watch him interact with my grandson!! Awesome!!!

Dr. J, his staff and the kids thank all of you for caring and donating. This recent crisis was handled by your swift and generous actions.
Please keep in mind there is still an ongoing need to help with the legal defense fund. It's Supreme Court time, a very important part of the big picture not only for Dr. J, but for all LLMD's and patients.
