I think this site explains the use of Anxiety Medication very well. You'll also find other helpful information on this site. Sure others if you have any. I couldn't make it without my anxiety meds.. The best thing I did for myself was to give in and take after many naturals failed.. Its no cure by any means but it helps to cope with all the nasty symptoms of chronic lyme.
