I wondered if that was there.
I also have noticed I can't do mixed greens or I can but I will bloat afterwards.
I think brussel sprouts are the same thing.

My probiotic is amazing for bloating. Vsl #3. I just started taking it again as I am trying to re incorporate some things after having my gallbladder removed. Bloating gone.
Even got a ton of candida strings knocked out wasn't pretty lol

This is so timely for me! Sometimes my bloating is quite painful and my pants won't fit. I've been at a loss.
I feel smarter for reading the leaky gut article; thanks so much for posting it.
I am wondering what experiences you all have had from the supplements he mentions in the article:
1. Probiotics--how do you know if you are choosing a good one? Do you also eat specific foods, like sauerkraut? 2. Digestive enzymes--I've never heard of these! Where do you find them? 3. L-Glutamine 4. Licorice Root (DGL) 5. Quercetin--I haven't heard of this, either.
I feel so overwhelmed with what I am reading (2 months since my diagnosis) and don't know what things are most important to do to fight this battle.
Thanks for your helpful insights!
