Glad I have this thread to come to. REally need to keep it together by thinking via the keyboard.
Able to make a pitcher of the lemond cucumber drink..as I am typing this, I realized I forgot to put honey in it. Resting now, then hoping to get up and eat and take meds ..I eat in bed laying down...but I do need to be doing well enough to get up and get something to eat.
I think I need to take some excedin this am too to ehlp.
Day one of trying to recover form teh trip.
Able to get Rosie ut to pee this am via the power chair..the comfy one...did not leave parking lto of apartment complex.
She will let me know it is time to go again in a little bit as we usually get in the car and rive out to the foest after she eats.
Can't do that this am but I can get in the power chair and take her out..hopefully I can find a place she can do her business where i can come back alter and pick it up...picking it up this am is out.

did i tell u i was dealing with tri gem yesterday? cant remember i took two neurontins and slept good...woke up much better but moving around this morning is bringing it back so i have to be careful
part of exercise i did yesterday was sort stuff i had stored in camper friend brouht it all in house-all softe stuff in plastic bags i was hoping to get rid of it but most is stuff i really need i sorted it into the room it goes to...office, exercise rm. bed room etc and put bag in that room except bedroom is still too torn up so LR< DR< AND BR are all still in living room and i dont like the clutter---too easy to fall
i amd also reading about rife machine
and trying to whittle down my sx list so i know where to start im thinking of starting with obesity and syndrome x cuz maybe that will make me helathier overall...i really dont think i have full blown lyme infection... or maybe i will experiment for a few weeks to see individual infections...if any make me herx...then zoom in on them
not sure
have to go easy cuz cant do anything with tri gem
good news! i called the irish handyman...got his name off a truck...he says not to woryy about the smell under cabinet...he knows how to cut bottoms out - its easy -and they go back in...
kinda neat guy...he doesnt want to deal with dead things cuz he has mcs from 9/11 so i am buying small shop vac...he will remove wood friend and i will vac and clean he will put back wood next day...hes afraid were gonna find a possum or something and doesnt want rabies!
it smelss exactly like the mouse that was behind fridge and in stove so i think ist a mouse or many mice...i think there was a nest there cuz i used to hear squeaking
so that will be wonderful cuz on these reainy days i cannot be in kitchen with out door and window open and big fan the smell makes me so nautious
gotta get meds in ...running late take care
SLEEP WELL KAM...SO SORRY

Can't recall if I drank the other glass of the lemond cucumber drink..misplaced it.
I know where the new glass is..next to my bed.
Finsihed the rest of the small yogurt cup. Body is shaking from just trying to do what I just did.

Hey gang--just had time to catch up on your posts.
Kam--sorry the MD trip did not work out. Will be praying for you.
LP--You sure have worked hard on your house. Give yourself a break for your health, too.
Lisa--wish I could sew. I am all thumbs with that sort of thing. Hope your sale at the flea market is successful.
Lymetoo--any more gigs this weekend for your hubby?
I the first quarter of the school year is over, so this weekend was a bit crazy grading projects etc.
Saw the energy healer yesterday and she still feels (and I agree) like my immune system cannot calm down. It is constantly finding something to attack and then I have to get rid of the toxins. Very tiring.
I never thought I would long for a normal ailment like the common cold. I sneeze a few times and it goes straight to nervous system issues.
I think now I am dealing with die off from candida. Not sure if the candida really needed to be killed or if my immune system is in such high gear that it decided to kill some yeast for its own amusement.
Most likely my diet contributed and my body is so sensitive. Metals released from that die off.
Worked outside a bit this afternoon, raking from my teen mowing (he had to mow quickly and go to work) and a bit of weeding. Why the weeds grow when I when I toss down grass seed is just another addition to Murphy's Law, I suppose.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Just got up to get something to eat and drink.
Made anther pitcher of the lemn cuke drink..but in a big fog.
Drank some. Tried to put some things away but in such a fog...I think all I did was to put the reusable grocery bag away.
Poured another glass of drink as I couldn't recall what i did with the one I had...let it in the kitchen.
Laying down now and trying to recover then I will try again to get something to eat and drink and take meds. noonish here now

i woke late cuz had trouble sleeping from knee pain-see my other thread
i was upset from what had happened in the nite so i decided to baby myself and do what i wanted...it was a beautiful fall day i went to get a special coffee and called my friend to hear my sad story...she made me breakfast and listened.. she got it about docs..
then i came home and scrounged around in garage and found two hunks of lumber that were dirty but whne clened up would solve my problem. i live in two recliners cuz of back and reflux i found out last nigt i was ruining my new knee cuz they were not 22 inches tall at the seat
so i dragged then to the patio and washed them with hose...they have been drying. i will paint them tomorrow and bring them in when they dry so i can use my recliners
after that i dead-headed and cut back lots of stuff and transplanted many astors the were by the foundation and needed to be moved for the mouse plan
it was gusty windy and etta was on a long rope chasing leaves...her favorite thing to do after eating cheese.
so i had quite a bit of exercise so far. and tonight i have to finish laundry and a few things in kitchen and living room. i have the guy coming to morrow to cut out bottom of cupboards and look for dead mice...i wish the other guy would call to say he was coming to finish the bedroom but he hasnt called. i sent him a note when i paid him and asked him please...i really need to get back in my bed...but no answer
i have ozoned the exercise room too a few times and i think it might be getting better...i sure hope so
and im reading about my rife. i want to use it on something really easy to tell if it works.. i think i might use it on my arm...i hurt that worse today and it was already so bad its hard to put shirts on over my head.
i also have a skin thing like petiae but different ...but its something i can see...not vague like lyme and yeast sx...so im thinking of doing those first to see how much they hurt and if they get better im also gonna do ovarian cysts cuz they ulra sound them every 6 months and ill know if they got smaller
im waiing to do parasites and virus etc til i dont have to work around these guys cuz i hear you can have some pretty bad herxes
hang in kam. hope others come by. nite.

Not sure if I'll get to exercise today. Had a late start due to sitting on hold with a company for 2 hours this morning.
