My deepest sympathy to you on the loss of your dear cousin, Scott. I also hope he turned to the Lord and went home to be with Him.

Please find comfort in this beautiful poem:

We pray that in this time of loss,
You'll feel God's love much more

And that you'll find your comfort
In the presence of the Lord

We pray God pours upon you,
His sweet amazing grace

And overflow your heart with peace
As you live in His embrace.

Thanks hopingandpraying!

That is beautiful!

I really do think that Scott was a believer when he died.

I would appreciate any prayers.

I am going to start IV antibiotics for a chronic Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.

I will start on Mon. 2/2 X 5 days and will repeat every 3 months, with some pulsed oral antibiotics in between.

The IV infusion is done in the Dr office.

I am praying that this will help the body wide pain and stiffness that I still have, and that I will have no complications.

Thank you, friends!

I knew the God Thought Family would like to see this 5 min video of Gage's Celebration of Life.

It's amazing.

https://vimeo.com/120526735

I believe that the first speaker was his surgeon, the second is his Pastor (you can figure that one out pretty easily) and the 3rd was his big brother's coach. (I think)

Thank you, Tutu, for posting Gage's video. It brought me to tears.

I don't understand why there is so much suffering and why God allows it, but I do know there is hope in the Resurrection and that this place is not our home.

Thanks for posting the video of Gage's Celebration of Life. Made me cry....it is beautiful. What an awesome family.

Thanks for your prayers, hopingandpraying. I appreciate it.

My first round of IV antibiotics was uneventful.

I sat in a recliner for 1 to 1 1/2 hours and read a book while it infused, so it was relaxation time.

I am taking a pulsed oral antibiotic also.

I return every 3 months for more IV antibiotics X 5 days.

I know. I've watched it several times and I cry each time. That family is such a blessing to others. I know they are hurting very badly right now, so please keep them in prayer.

They are going to post the entire ceremony once they get it done. I'm sure someone is doing this for them at no cost.

Hope the IV helps you, Dekrator!

Hi friends,

I read a lot of inspirational books about miracles and near death experiences.

I just finished reading "Rush of Heaven" by Ema McKinley.

I really recommend this book. It is a true story about a woman who was injured, ended up in a wheelchair, deformed and unable to walk or care for herself for many years.

She suffered so much for so long and then she received a miracle!

This is a very inspirational book and Ema has great faith and perseverance.

Many of us can relate to her suffering. I really enjoyed reading this and thought you may want to read it too.

Hugs dear friends!

Hi friends,

I just read a great book called, "Heaven Is So Real" by Choo Thomas (Not to be confused with "Heaven Is For Real" by Todd Burpo).

On her official website there is a link to read the ebook for free!

I really enjoyed it and hope you will check it out:

Happy Easter, dear friends!!

Because He is Risen, we have hope!!!

[bow] [bow] [bow]

Praying everyone has a blessed Easter.

I was reading a little bio about Charles Hunter, who had a worldwide healing ministry with his wife, Frances, until they died around 2008-2009.

They saw thousands of people healed at their miracle services and also taught thousands of people how to heal the sick.

I have also been reading a really fascinating book that they wrote called, "How To Heal the Sick". It is so good that I am going to read it again when I am done.

I just noticed that their daughter, Joan Hunter, also has a healing ministry and miracle services.

She is going to be in PA, not too far from me later this year, so I hope to go.

Here is her website which lists her schedule of events if anyone is interested in checking it out.

Praise God, my grandson, who developed severe OCD in recent months due to the stress of his parents breaking up, is doing much better due to increasing doses of Inositiol (Vitamin B8) and Pyridoxine (Vit B6).

His mood is improved soooo much, he is happy and much calmer, and he is about 80%+ improved from where he was a couple weeks ago with the OCD behaviors which were very out of control.

He is able to get up and get ready for school in the mornings without any problems now, and can perform other activities of daily living much easier too.

Thank God we did not go with the psychiatrist's only suggestion of putting him on anti-depressants, but searched for a natural answer with God's help.

That is worthy of praise, Dekrator!! [Smile] So wonderful!! Do you buy each B vitamin separately?

I'm so happy he is feeling better and that you could avoid the anti-deps!

Lymetoo,

I buy Source Naturals Inositol powder (Vit B8) and TwinLabs vit B6 caps.

I tried him on 1/2 tab of B12 + methylfolate, but his anxiety went through the roof, so it was discontinued after 3 days.

I suspect a MTHFR genetic variation is responsible for that.

I am considering doing the 23andme test for him, like I did a couple years ago.

He has an appt with an ND at the end of April to see if anything else should be addressed.

The OCD had gotten so bad, that we were really desperate.

I increased his dose of Inositol again on Sunday and now he is about 90% better.

I can't thank God enough for this amazing improvement in his mood and behavior.
