It still won't let me post something I've been trying to post several times. It contains a longer amount of text. So it is still somewhat messed up.

After I try to post the new topic, it takes me to a webpage that says the site has been upgraded- I still can't post the topic. I get redirected every time.

I spoke too soon. The search feature is not working properly (only pulls up one post and I know there are more).

Just tested. Seems short / med. short can still ride this ride. Not longer ones. No grown up paragraphs allowed.

It appears that some security triggers that protect the site from hackers were being activated improperly. I've made some adjustments that hopefully will eliminate these false positives.
Please let me know if you continue to have difficulties.

- It worked earlier, another thread. but I get bounced back with any edit. And I edit SO often before a post is done. Got bounced on this, so starting over with fresh post. I think it does not "do" edits anymore? -

- Hmmmm. Well, maybe it's just a sporatic kind of thing or maybe after one or two edits?

- Hmmm. well, four edits went through. Maybe my other ones in different thread just upset it, somehow.
Just went back and edited into a post (different thread) from a bit earlier and that took. And, if this posts, this one, too, has now had a couple of successful edits.
Thanks, T Brown, for all your help. thanks to all who make LymeNet the wonderful resource it is. -

I just tried to send a long pm and it would not go through.
So, I shortened it to nearly nothing. Then, the system told me that the person's mailbox is full. I don't believe their box is full because it told me that same message about another person also. These 2 people have not been on LymeNet for some time and don't post except maybe once per year.
I was trying to respond to their pms to me. So, this is what is happening to me.

I still can't send pms. Same as what I posted above on March 30.
Why can some people send pms and others cannot?
Hope this can get fixed soon.
