So me and my sister ordered atleast 3 months ago. No order, no return emails or phone calls. Were out $165. Not happy!!! Anyone know whats going on with it? Thanks!!

They have been very slow since the owner died. The person who took over is very kind and responds to the same email address used for the original owner (PM me if you want it - I think I have it saved somewhere). Though, it sounds like you've tried that?
I now try to order things at least a month in advance, as they are substantially slower.

I am now waiting about 2 months for something, did try an email and got no response ... not good.
I have previously had a good experience or two with the new person, but this one isn't so good.
One problem becomes, if you have to order so far in advance, by the time you get it, will you still want it...

I'm not sure what site you are talking about but I tried to order Adrena-Calm from a site and it took a month (!) for them to respond with an email that stated the item was out of stock. They did refund my credit card. Maybe it is the same site... I was just glad to hear from them!
