Tutu—Why do you keep discouraging people from getting the vaccine? If you don’t want the vaccine that is your own personal choice. But stop being so negative about it when you don’t have any proof that it’s harmful.
I fully understand that some people cannot get the vaccine for medical reasons. I am one of those people. I think you are one of those people, too.
But I am praying that everyone around me gets the vaccine to protect themselves and protect others.
I know many people with Lyme disease who have gotten the vaccine and had no problems with it. But I know a lot of people who have gotten Covid and have either died or had major problems. Some are “long haulers.”
There’s a high percentage of survival rate of Lyme disease, too. But I wouldn’t wish that on anybody.

Tutu, I have done my research very carefully. I suggest you stop looking at the conspiracy theories and start looking at the truth. It’s not often I get mad on this site but I am furious that you are trying to get people not to take the vaccine.
Over 545,000 people have died in the United States from Covid and over 30 million have been infected. We don’t know the long-term effects of all those who have been affected by Covid.
Over 80 million people have gotten a single dose of the vaccine and over 45 million people in the United States are fully vaccinated . Yet you don’t read that 500,000 people have died from the vaccine.
Start researching Israel where they have done a lot of vaccines and where the infection rate and the death rate is going down despite having the UK variant.
Then research Michigan where the infection rate in the hospitalization rate is going up among young people who have not been vaccinated. It’s not going up among those who have been vaccinated. Vaccines prevent the virus from mutating.
Of course some people will have adverse effects from the vaccine. But not as many people will have adverse effects from the vaccine as will people who don’t get the vaccine and get Covid.
If you were really concerned about people and Covid you would be telling them to keep wearing a mask and stay 6 feet apart instead of telling them not to get the vaccine.
And let me again say that getting vaccinated, of course, is an individual decision. I respect those who do not want to get vaccinated or cannot get vaccinated and I respect those who do get vaccinated.
Well I can’t tolerate is all of the misinformation.

I had the first Moderna vaccine a couple of weeks ago. I didn't even have soreness at the shot location.
J & J was my first choice--My LLMD recommended getting that one. But, when I was offered an appointment, I decided to take what was available to me, and not wait.
I know the 2nd shot can be worse, but as my friend who works in the local hospital has said, whatever the reaction to the vaccine is, it's nothing compared to getting Covid-19.
She hasn't seen death by vaccine, but sure has seen a lot of Covid patients die. She knew a lot of the medical staff who died from it.
She had to take a few days off work with the 2nd shot, but still highly recommends getting vaccinated.

I think everyone has to make their own decision. I too am with Lymetoo. I am concerned about the impact of the vaccines in the short and longterm. I don't need to discuss it here, since Maddog is happy with his choice, but I just want to speak up and say there are concerns.

I chose the Johnson and Johnson vaccine because it was different from the RDNA vaccines.
I hope I wont have an immune system body destructing future.
So far i have only had some minor problems like being extra tired at times and dizzy.
Not to bad today except for a DR. appointment in Dayton 35 miles away.
I am sick of doctor appointments!!!

Hi there MD! Glad to hear that you did well with the vaccine. I'm going for my second Moderna on April 19th. My nephew came over and hugged my Mom for the first time in over a year since they both have their vaccines. It was very touching. I can't wait to go without my mask too!

“Finding evidence of vaccine breakthrough cases reminds us that even if you have been fully vaccinated, you still need to wear a mask, practice socially distancing, and wash your hands to prevent spreading COVID-19 to others who have not been vaccinated.”
Sorry.

No vaccine is perfect. Keep wearing masks whether vaccinated or not, please.
Covid rates continue to rise.
Washington state has vaccinated over 3 million so 100 break through cases still isn’t bad. Vaccine works pretty well.
Of course, talk to your doctor about the vaccine.
Blessings.

Hi Gang I had some very tired stuff going on,and dizzy, head ach,for a few days but today i am past it. I put motor mnts. in my truck,I will pay dearly for that.
It was a 500 buck job at the local chevy dealer.
Now I am sore all over will suffer for days but I fixed my truck. Nothing to do with the shot just doing what i needed to do to survive.
Survival stuff hurts and I will always suffer for it.

Stopping back to see how Maddog is doing. Glad he got vaccinated and is doing okay.
Puppies always nose around and try to fix things - usually by gnawing on them. Guess our Maddog uses welding.

Hi Ann I have a lot of irons in the fire all the time. I built a reece hitch for my truck also, installed it yesterday. WELDING!! I engineered it so one side of it went on top the frame and the other side of it went under the frame on the other side.
Reason!! So i could put one side up on the frame then jack up the other side and not kill my back.
However i discovered something using rubber bungie cords one at a time. You can keep putting on more bungie cords and actually lift something into place with bungie cords. 5 bungie cords lifting 5 pounds each adds up to 25 pounds.
Want to lift 50 pounds but cant, use 10 bungie cords lifting 5 pounds each.
WALLA!!
