The article is full of great reasons the CDC needs to clarify and update the info they are putting out on their website about Lyme disease. It also has links to the reports of all of the committees.
The quote above is from one of the Tick-Borne Diseases Working Group's committees.
One of the most important subcommittees to Lyme patients is “Access to Care.” It’s chaired by Dr. Elizabeth Maloney and Captain Rebecca Bunnell, of the US Public Health Service.
