The Annual LymeNet Fundraising Campaign 2004 is upon us. For the past several years, Lou and Angela Bachmann have done a great job in guiding this campaign to bigger and better success each year. Lou and Angela have taken a well-deserved retirement this year, but both wish to express their continued support for LymeNet and the Lyme Community. They ask that you continue to support LymeNet with as many dollars as you can afford to send.

Your donations will be used to keep LymeNet up and running for another year. This past year our fund raising efforts have helped purchase a new Server, which should be on-line shortly. The new equipment and software upgrades will ensure few disruptions, faster downloads and in general, keep the information flowing.

The non-profit Lyme Disease Network, http://www.lymenet.org operates entirely on individual donations and is responsible for the LymeNet series of services available on the Internet since 1994. It is absolutely necessary that we support LymeNet to continue educating the public about the prevention and treatment of Lyme and other tick borne diseases.

As Lou and Angela have expressed in previous campaigns: ``We realize LymeNet cannot survive without your help and we are asking you to please join us in making a donation to LymeNet at this time. Please ask your friends and relatives to join in our fight against these diseases. We hope, with all our hearts, that you can and will donate. We MUST keep LymeNet alive and running. Let's hope that this year will see the beginning of the end of Lyme and other tick borne diseases!!!!''
