I would like to take this moment to apologize for any of the connectivity issues that have been plaguing LymeNet this week.
I have been told that our Internet Service Provider has been having issues on its end, which could be the major cause of the problems facing LymeNet. We are looking into this and hope to have an answer/solution soon.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Have a happy and healthy new year!

LymeNet uses a business-class high-speed data connection from Time Warner which was affected by the above outage. Things seem to be back to normal lately but we are continuing to monitor the situation.
