I'm confused- Someone posted a link to Eckard Wimmers' work and now it's not here. It was totally relevant to this thread!!! Fuel1212, Pinelady, No Lyme Florida and Robin 123,....... Very interesting posts. I 'm learning about Trilateral, the Fed and cytokines. Must digest slowly. Good health to all.

This was linked on another lyme group. It is an interview with well known Biologist Lynn Margulis in Discover magazine. Some fairly interesting comments about spirochetes and HIV (especially the part about HIV, for those who have any interest in this illness and the controversy around it).

I think you can see the page I linked plus a few more but not the whole article.

http://discover.coverleaf.com/discovermagazine/201104?pg=73#pg73

I really have no opinion about her comments on HIV, but it does show that not everyone in academia is in agreement when it comes to this illness.

I did like this question to her:

"You have upset many medical researchers with the suggestion that corkscrew shaped spirochetes turn into dormant 'round bodies'..."

Yep, I'm sure the easily detected/easily treated crowd (I'm talking to you Steere, Wormser, Shapiro, et. al.) aren't happy with her for that statement. Lol.

No, and yes. Borrelia sp. always existed, Burgdoferi did as well, but a recent 2021 genetic profile of B. Burgdorferi concluded that its genetic code violently changed in mid 20th century and this could not account for evolution.

Likely made to be more virulent on Plum Island, where we know it was being studied, and where we know the first cases emerged.

That's why bioweapon experts surrounded the initial cases in Lyme, CT.

Also, don't believe anyone telling you it was found in 15 million year old amber, or Otzi the iceman had it.

Simplest answer I can give you: Lyme ≠ B. Burgdorferi. Lyme is a false case def. that comprises just one arthritic knee according to the criminals who falsified the case definition. Borreliosis has always existed.

Otzi might have had Lyme, and PCR reads showed a 60% correspondence to Burdorferi, which the media and criminals had a field day with, but a follow up study, which nobody ever cared to talk about, lmao, concluded that it was likely a different bacteria altogether!

Damage done.

Oh well, right?

I should have just stayed on my Haldol, Depekote, Risperidone, Ativan and Paxil years ago. I was severely overweight and looked like a literal slob but I was happy and believe it or not had more energy and hope for my life.

Mountainview, kudos on getting off of them! That was quite a feat. To me, it shows your strength.

Hiker, same reason I went into lyme treatment, I wanted a better life. Boy, in both scenarios was I wrong and caved to false hope.

People.

Lyme has been around for many thousands of years. Even the Iceman, Otzi, had it. Ancient Lyme disease has also been found in 15-million-year-old tick fossils.

Whether or not it was tinkered with by humans in the last century is the question.

It isn't even a question, there is documented proof Borrelia was "tinkered" with.

Lymewreck36, I just heard that said by Dr. Tom Moorecroft on the IMA zoom last night. He is out of touch. And arrogant imo.

Yes, it has been around for thousands of years. Found in the ice age man. But it was experimented on by the US government and there are documents showing it.

Does that help me as a Lyme patient? Not in the least. Which is why I do not pay attention to this stuff. But there is no denying the truth of it.

Be careful who you listen too. Even someone who says they are an LLMD.

Lymewreck36,

I believe "Ancient Lyme Disease" is an inaccurate term.

While it is true that Borellia is an "ancient" organism, "Lyme Disease" (the biowarfare tweaked version/s) is from the last century.

And yet no entity has been held responsible for the myriad suffering and death this "human intervention" has caused.

I find it repulsive that the CDC, which has always been a denier (and in bed with the insurance companies), is suddenly posing as a concerned expert, warning the public of this "emerging epidemic", and blaming it on "climate change". (Hmmm...could there be another Lyme vaccine on the horizon??? $$$)

People have short memories, which is why it is important to remind ourselves of where this disease really came from...and who can't be trusted.
