I have been craving potato chips. Not so unusual normally, but I am allergic potatoes and have avoided all potato products for years, even before Lyme. so its not like I got a taste and now want more. So far I have not given in
I was wondering if I need something like potassium since potatoes are high in potassium.
Do you get cravings? What do you crave? Does Lyme cause cravings?

Toss pieces of kale in oil and sea salt, then bake on a tray til crispy. It's not the right taste if you're thinking of potato chips...but it does have the oil and salt and crunch, so that helps.
Can you eat sweet potatoes? (They are not a nightshade.)

Tutu. Omg. I have been craving them since I tried the kale chips. I guess they were close enough to make remember potato chips and not close enough to make me think to make again...
