I take this 3 times a day before meals. I'm going for a massage in the morning. Should I take Chorella right before I go or after?

Also how should I time binders with exercise. I run 15-20 miles a week and go to hot yoga 2-3 days a week. Should I take it right before I exercise? I want to make sure all the toxins and other junk I release gets absorbed.

My Lord are you still sick??? 15-20 miles???

I would take them just before,so when they get moved around something is already in the works to grab toxin's. That's just a guess.

Really are you well? In remission???Didn't get it that bad ?? You're so new here ,I hope it's the better of the question's.

Take care, Nonna

Yes I'm still sick. I've come a long way. But I still have muscle twitching and trigeminal neuralgia pain and rib pain. I have measurable nerve damage from an emg. I don't want to get sick again because it was pretty bad.

Ok. So take Chorella before massage and exercise?

Anyone else?
