Hi everyone,

It has now been about 5 months off abx and I still feel well for the most part. I do have very mild pain here and there but is typically food related. I have been doing ok with the diet so the gut issues have gotten a lot better.

One thing that I have notice is that right after stopping abx I starter to get these weird looking pimples right on my forehead...I dismiss it as just acne...

Problem is that this is not getting any better. In reading this I see that bart could cause this...I don't have any other sx so I am not sure if it is parasites yeast toxins or what...

anyone else experiencing these?

glm,

I did humanworm for a month when I stopped abx...that was 4 months ago.

I originally though it was a reaction to the humaworm but they bumps keep coming up and I have not taken humaworm in months
