I am just wondering if feeling more out of it and confused and stressed and anxious and ocd and depressed and as if nothing around you feels right and brain misfiring can be a sign of toxicity?
Anyone get this way when they are really toxic?
What are others symptoms of toxicity?

I think this is hard to answer as it is too vague. Toxicity can be from many things and a cause of symptoms for many ailments. In Lyme disease I would think most of the symptoms are a result of some type of "toxicity", therefore I don't know how to differentiate "toxic" symptoms from anything else you may be considering.

When you are toxic, you may feel irritable, fatigued, anxious and depressed.
You may also gain weight.
Drink plenty of purified water every day to eliminate toxins.
Exercise at least 30 minutes three times a week or more if you can to increase sweating which also removes toxins.

I still don't understand. Being sick means being toxic. There are no specific symptoms of being "toxic", they can all be a result of being "toxic".

Oh yes I understand that , basically I just mean that after months of meds I feel worse and know I have kpu so I can't detox well and I am just wondering if many of the symptoms I am having right now are more from my brain and body being very toxic rather than from the infections making me worse.
I am just wondering if after a while of treating if anyone actually gets worse from all the dead toxins and that they just need to stop for a while and detox and this helps some of the symptoms to back off.
It's just that lately the more I keep treating the worse I feel and I am just wondering what to do and what's to know others symptoms When they feel so toxic or in a constant herx that makes them feel like they need to back off and detox and if they do this do they feel better?

I just ended my feeling of being disconnected - I've been on Armour thyroid for a couple months now and it ended it! I feel "here" again.
I've always tested low-normal on thyroid, but for us, this is too low.
The doctor explained that when we're sick, the body goes into hibernation. So I just gave my body back a tool for metabolism and other good things to happen.
So this could be something for you to look into.

Does anyone ever just feel like they are not all there mentally , like fully awake or in the moment, I just can't quite take things in normally and it just feels dream like, as if i am not fully in reality. I seem to go in and out of it and the obsessive constant thoughts don't help,
But can this get worse with a herx? Can you get more like this with toxicity? Especially If my thyroid is ok?
Will it go away?
Can the toxins make you feel this out of it?
It's like I just can't take everything in around me normally or kind of like being sedated.

I think you are describing derealization--a lyme symptom. I had that before I started treating lyme. It went away with good lyme treatment.
Read this wikipedia description and notice that intrusive thoughts and constant worrying often accompany it:
"Frequently, derealization occurs in the context of constant worrying or 'intrusive thoughts' that one finds hard to switch off."

Re toxicity, if you can handle heat, sweating in a FIR sauna tent can detox you over time.

Usually die off means increased cytokines. Cytokines are why we feel bad when we have the flu.
When herxing I often feel more pain, fluish, inflammation (snap, crackle pop when I move). Increased anxiety and depression and the list goes on and on. I have had the HLA testing and I have to take binders because I don't detox well. I also have detox problems due to methylation issues.
Die off also causes release of heavy metals so I often feel heavy metal toxicity. The most obvious symptoms of this for me are ringing in the ears, pain and irritability but there are many symptoms that one can have with heavy metals too.
The areas to look into for detox bottlenecks are methylation, kpu and HLA. I also recieved some help with intracellular detox. My doctor ran a test and said my cells were full of debri from die off so we drained them with a Pekana homeopathic detox kit.
When I am super toxic I have trouble with noise and light bothering me. Multiple chemical sensitivity for me is caused by toxicity.
Terry I'm not a doctor

Tight muscles and cramping generally means you need to take more magnesium.
If you are not already doing so, I suggest you buy MagTab SR. That is the one Burrascano recommends. It is the best. Most other magnesium supplements are not well absorbed at all. This one really makes a difference!
I understand you can get it at GNC (General Nutrition Center) and perhaps at WalMart also.
"The best source is magnesium L-lactate dehydrate (Mag-tab SR, sold by Niche Pharmaceuticals: 1-800-677-0355" (page 28 of Burrascano)
Hope this helps you.

One doctor told me if you wake up in the morning and feel like crap or really tired, that can mean toxins. If your fatigue or crappiness comes later in the day it is probably the illness.
This makes sense to me. When I first started treating (no antibiotics in the past) I felt good in the morning. But as the treatment time went on I began to feel super crappy in the morning. There were days I could not drag myself out of bed.
Don't know if that makes sense.
