I've been in a bit of a thought spot lately. My treatment has plateaued and I'm not making any progress. I even started experiencing some symptoms I thought we got rid of, again.
My bloodwork looks fine. Even my Lyme titers show one band reactive. But I'm just not feeling any bit close to better. Not sure what to do or even where I stand.
Has anyone gone through this?
For the record I've done: rocephin, ozone, mino, biaxin, flagyl, tindamax, dozy, plaquenil, zithro, cefdinir, diflucan, and a bunch more that I can't remember at the moment

Yes. I experienced this when I was treating lyme. It happened because I had a lousy doctor. He was not treating me properly.
I got to ask Dr. Burrascano a question at a lyme meeting. I asked "What do you think of a patient on high-dose antibiotics who develops a new symptom--trigeminal neuralgia?"
His reply was "If the therapy is inadequate, the disease will continue to progress."
He was so right. So, it seems to me that you need a better doctor. A better doctor will know what to do if the patient plateaus or stops making progress or an old symptom comes back.
In my case, I was on just one antibiotic. I switched doctors and was put on 2 antibiotics including a cyst buster. In 2 months time, I was done treating lyme. Then, the new doc went on to treat me for babs and bart.
That's how I got cured. I never gained anymore symptoms. Instead, I just got rid of symptoms. In 8 months I was totally symptom free with this doc's treatment.
The doc is the key to getting rid of this disease. Can't emphasize that enough. Many doctors treat lyme disease, but only a very few know enough to cure a person of it.

Another approach you and your LLMD could take is keep cycling the antibiotics. I find that works pretty well in dealing with plateaus. Like you use one regimen of like 3 antibiotics, then you switch off to another 3, and back and so forth. Like Amoxi, Zithro, and flagyl in one round for example. Then maybe Ceftin, Doxy, Tinidazole. Etc.
