For a few months now not only do I have the worst anxiety of my life but horrible irrational fears, delusions ( alot of what ifs),almost obsessive and bad unhealthy worry about EVERYTHING.
This is plaguing me guys.
I don't understand this.

You need to read everything on line by Dr Robert Bransfield on Lyme & co. He knows what these tick borne illnesses do to the mind/body/spirit.
Relapsing fever, which you have tested positive for is a Borrelia infection. It might not be the typical Borrelia, but you have what we commonly call Lyme. Lyme is never just BB.
Bartonella, which you have tested positive for, is known to mess with the mind/body/spirit.
Finally, with you being positive for Bart and Borrelia, I would bet the house, you also have many other viruses (active or reactivated), bacteria, fungus, parasitic infections.

Perhaps you need to switch LLMDs for a fresh evaluation if, as you said in another post, you are getting worse?

I'm trying one more time with this llmd then moving on. I'm too angry and don't know what to do going forward. I feel like I'm utterly going crazy. My f/u with her is tomorrow.
The only problem with seeing another llmd is $. The one down the street from my job is alot more $ Hey holidays will be here before you know it maybe that can be my gift from my family since this is the only thing I want...I want my LIFE BACK.

On the Trying Low Oxalate FB group there are a number of people who have had a lot of issues after taking an abx. Since that case doesnt apply to me I don't know what their symptoms are or the theory as to why it happened.
There is that "floxed" thing people get from abx like cipro.
Maybe you are someone who cant tolerate abx?

all of the links above are helpful in understanding the mechanisms involved with these diseases that drive the type of symptoms you are experiencing.
but i get the sense that this is not the explanations you are looking for?
the basic facts are lyme, bart etc directly cause anxiety, rage, obsessive fear, OCD, depression and a host of other CNS function related issues.
some people are also very reactive to treatments - and many things that are supposed to help often result in dramatic flares of symptoms.
this is unfortunate - but appears to be a fact of these illnesses. especially bart i seem to see it in often.
some find going very slow and low with treatments allows them to gradually make progress
others find neuropathy and immune reactivity calming measures are needed prior to any antimicrobial treatment
its highy individual
i would also say that there are more than one component to successful approaches the pharma or herbal interventions are just one component there are the psychological interventions often also needed to win through this challenge there will be times when this element is more important than any pill or potion.
how we think about our life, our illness, our treatment, our future has a huge impact on our experience, also our physical health - as well as whether we succumb to anger or hopelessness or are driven to focus on what positive actions we can do and persevere
esp if treatment is proving difficult - you may benefit on focussing on this aspect of the fight as sincerely your posts do read like it would help you a lot.

Moutainsky, those of us with late-stage TBDs have an extremely tough row to hoe. It takes extraordinary strength and persistence to keep picking yourself up off the floor and to keep plugging away as best we can.
Others have done it and gotten better, so so can you and I. You have a very great cheering section on LN. Don't give up on yourself. I know, easier said than done.

What happens with Bartonella infection is that it calcifies the whole body including the brain. those calcified plaques are full of toxin releasing bacteria.
“An infectious origin of extraskeletal calcification”
"The nanobacteria were discovered in white films sticking to the surfaces of tissue culture vessels containing mammalian cells and media supplemented with bovine serum (3). A member of the Proteobacteria family, which includes Bartonella and Brucella species, the nanobacteria have distinctive properties, including heat resistance and the ability to pass through 0.1-mm sterilization filters (Table 2). Their most remarkable characteristic is the formation of carbonate apatite crystals at neutral pH and at physiologic phosphate and calcium concentrations."
So you need to start slow with this and build up as you get used to it. These sulfa compounds are naturally occuring in the body but if you are deficient you'll have issues. They also do a lot to support liver health.
"Lipoic acid, but not tempol, preserves vascular compliance and decreases medial calcification in a model of elastocalcinosis."
"Histologically, LA prevented medial calcification by ∼60% and aortic stiffening by ∼60%. LA also preserved responsiveness to constrictor agents, while intima-media thickening was increased."
"Atherosclerosis and vascular calcification in uraemia - a new experimental model."
"The relative proportion of the calcified area to the total surface area of both atherosclerotic lesions and lesion-free vascular tissue was increased in the aortic root of uraemic apoE-/- mice when compared with controls. N-acetylcysteine (NAC) treatment slowed the rapid progression of atherosclerotic lesions and reversed the increase in plaque collagen content compared with placebo treatment."
"MSM dissolves calcium deposits by converting them to calcium sulfate, which your body then easily excretes."
using those will clean the calcified plaques out and Bartonella uses those as a defense mechanism.
