Help! My teenage daughter, who has been on IV doxy for several months, went out in the sun for about 30 minutes today. Afterwards, she had purple spots on each cheek about the size of a quarter. They were very mottled and on one side it actually was shaped like a letter Z.
The rest of her face and body showed no sign of sunburn or sun exposure at all and she has never shown any sign of sun sensitivity to the doxy in the past.
Any ideas on what could have caused this? She has Lyme and Bartonella, but we thought the Bart was no longer active. Never seen anything quite like this.
Any thoughts are as always, most appreciated!
Thanks, Suzy

Hi Suzy
I had Bad problems taking Doxi -- I became -Photo Toxic - in just 3 days after starting Doxi --
After I did research in to Photo Toxic - I discovered that eating - Citrus or Cranberries - even in small amounts can cause Extreme Reactions-
The reaction can happen Quickly -Minutes -
I had this photo toxic reaction for about 15 months before I read about the citrus reaction--
I was drinking lemonade everyday -OuCH -
Took about 4 months for the reaction to be compleatly gone after I stopped eating any citrus
Now I have Zero problem --- Jay--
