KauaiGoddess,

Last time I have checked fish oil is not a vegeterian material. Unless your vegetarian movement allows fish.

Areneli,

thanks for the reminder but ---

No!!!!!!! fish oil is not in my "vegetarian movement".... no what I want, however-

Beverly kindly responded with a product... Nordic Naturals ---fish oil- I realize -not what I wanted but I was just wondering what her dose was....

just a curious person that's all and hoping that some else will repsond with a good vegetarian source...

Borage Oil is one I've found in research...does anyone recommend it?anyone have a good product source?

curious me

Body can use to some extent omega 3 from flax. It is not the best source but still better than nothing.

Borage is not omega 3. Too bad. You have been mislead.

I doubt that there are vegetarian suplement of omega 3 ... other than flax.

Green vegetables will have small amount of omega 3. I bet you eat them a lot.

I am allergic to fish and stay away from anything even remotely fish-like.

There's a very good product called Udo's Choice Oil Blend that has no fish oil. I think it's easy to find (Vitacost sells it). There's also an "interesting" website, udoerasmus.com.

Hey,

I take one pill daily. The Omega-3's in one pill has:
EPA 650
DHA 450
and other Omegas 180
I have not tried flax yet, or any of the other oils.
