I have two different Magnesium supplements....they are both powdered. One is Magnesium citrate and the other is Magnesium carbonate with Calcium added too.
I feel like they both make me constipated, however (I know, this is different than most people!). Also, I think I heard there are better forms of Magnesium for us than the carbonate or citrate.
What do you all use? What is recommended?
I cannot swallow big, thick tablets. I also cannot swallow really large capsules. So that makes it a little tougher.

I second Natural Calm. Has greatly reduced lower back/ sciatica pain. Makes difference between bent over barely able to walk and tolerable mobility. Helps relax muscles.
No I don't sell it but I'd like too!
P.S. Bulk is cheaper than the individual packets.

Mag Glycinate by Metagenics. Very absorbable but rather large if you have trouble swallowing.

I like Natural Calm by Peter Gillham also. It's magnesium citrate, a powder, dissolves in hot water. It creates its own acid environment, which is needed for the magnesium to be absorbed.
Pills can go thru your system and into the toilet.
