I'm confused,some people say that yogurt is okay on a candida diet, and others say that it should be definitely eliminated. What's your opinion?

I think it is unsweetened yogurt, those that contain active cultures and NO SUGAR.
You can get a thousand times more friendly bacteria by taking a good probiotic(acidophilus) with a mix of strains. The higher number of strains the better for your digestive track and control of yeast.
Of course if you like plain yogurt with no sugar, that is another story.

I took PB8 for years and when I bought Theralac I could REALLY tell the difference. Big time.
Most anti-yeast diets say to avoid dairy. It's pretty standard.
