Hi guys,

I looked back at least 6 pages to try to find if there had been any discussion on the seasonal flu shot.

I have been skeptical about getting it with Lyme based on reading things like

"It's a catch 22. I was told by my other two LLMDs when I lived in FL absolutely NOT. It was believed by them that it would make my immune system much worse and may activate the dormant Lyme to react or awaken."

My LLMD told me it was up to me if I wanted to get the seasonal flu shot but absolutely no to the swine flu shot... so now I'm even more confused.

What have been your experiences with it?

Any suggestions?
