I have been very chemical sensitive and unable to handle most oral detox supplements, so have been successfully detoxing with FIR - far infrared sauna detoxing. Highly recommended for anyone who's got MCS and can handle heat.

I first used a biomat for 6 months, once a week sweating in a sleeping bag on top of it, and after 6 months, suddenly could handle being around smells again, like smoke, bleach, perfume, cologne.

Now I've been detoxing in a FIR sauna tent for the past year and slowing being able to touch more chemicalized surfaces. I do it every couple days and shower off hot and cold after sweating.

My doctor also recommended that I take takesumi activated charcoal as well.

I am sensitive to any sulfa/sulfate/sulphur products.

I have been taking Byron White Detox 2 and NT Detox with pretty good results. The clay really helps to bind things.

I have read that fir infrared saunas are not only good at helping you to detox, but also good at helping to chelate heavy metals. Any feedback on this?

Lpkayak, I would be reluctant to take the chlorella if the date is really old. But if it was just a month or two, I would probably take it. You might try calling the manufacturer and asking.

Also looking for an enema kit.

An advice? Are the stainless steel buckets the way to go?

When your lungs are detoxing and you keep coughing, what is the best way to help detox the lungs?

We recently added tumeric to the daily supplements and the coughing began shortly after.

For the lungs
What has worked best for me
Is steam. I have out a pot of water
On and added various things like
Eucalyptus and breath in and it losses
Everything and cleans and clears and
Best of all brings it up and out for you

Since done last posts I replaced my plastic bag enema kit last summer with steel bucket and if starting mixing recipes a must so you can clean it out so much easier and mix right in the lot too. The attachments medical grade and so much better too.
I also feel better not having heated up plastic which who knows what the chemicals that may leach out.

Overall I find the steal bucket best.
Hanging its more of a rig but I have found just the right height
Table or such works perfect or even a door knob if your laying on the floor.
