Over the last few weeks, I've noticed that I get very depressed midweek and then I get diarrhea for two days and always feel a bit better after.
Anyone have this or know which coinfection its from?

Well, this sounds like the 7-day babesiosis cycle to me. I also got depressed on the same day every week when I began treating babesiosis. Then, it would lift.
Are you currently treating babs?

No Im not treating it yet. Right now Im on Plaq, Zithromax, and just started Rifampin and Welchol the other day. He wants me to start Malarone after one month on the Rifampin.
If I'm not herxing too badly on the Rifampin in the next week, I plan to ask him to begin the Malarone a bit earlier.

I don't know if babs causes diarrhea, but babs causes rapid cycling like you are describing.
So, all indications are it is babs.
Lyme has a 28 day cycle, for example.
