I have no idea what is up. I can't stay awake more than a few hours at a time.

I started Omnicef on Friday but don't remember that being listed as a side affect.

Other than that and some anticipated nausea, I've not had any other problems.

Could this be associated somehow to being on the abx?

Sounds like a herx to me.

Over the past almost 2 years, I've had about 4 prolonged spells where I feel OK when I get up but fade after a few hours and MUST sleep. My body just turns the engines off completely. It follows the adding of a new drug every time.

My guess is it will fade...hopefully in a few days instead of several weeks! I start to gradually notice I last a little longer each day until one day I don't even need a nap.
