did you notice any side effects of this??......Dr Px'd as my C4a was high......

Same here Florence. I haven't started taking it yet. Right now I'm having seizures again so am waiting to start but not sure if that's a good idea or not.

Have you started it yet? I didn't know that having a high c4a indicated toxicity till I got mine back and was told.

I'm not too sure what high C4a actually means other than my LLMDs office called said I was toxic and to start taking Deplin......I have been taking it about a week now.......having really noticed any different, some aching in the legs, some diarrhoea.........but its so hard to tell.......i talk to them next week so will get the full picture then....just wondered if anyone else had been prescribed it...........
