I know you all are probably tired of me complaining or venting.. But I have been on this roller coaster over 14 yrs and can't see a light at the end of the tunnel. I will admit some of this I may be at fault because seems I could never find a good doctor, partly due to the fact I am not able to travel and money.
Honestly the past week I thought I was dying, pain, gerd, crying, vision, weakness, I could name more. I told my husband this was it.
Today I wake up and feel so called "normal" was able to leave the house, sit in the sun and go out to eat.. WOW for me. Its like I did die and go to heaven.. Except today I didn't have an appetite and felt somewhat depressed but with that is was still a good day.
Tonight as I was showering I began to feel off balance , crying/ depression but nothing like yesterday.
I am looking for a LLMD but until I can get there I hate living this way. Yes, I did see a LLMD in 2011 and again this Feb. but I feel not the right one. Nothing seems to last.

Any chance this is related to what you do or do not eat?
I have found that foods affect me in a huge way. It's been that way forever, but has amplified recently.
